Roll Forming Mill
Roll-Kraft’s new
Door and
Shelf Roll Forming Mill is an adaptation of the popular Ardcor through-shaft panel mill,
and combines new features specifically designed to produce a
variety of shelving or door panels. Its modular gearbox
assemblies are individually adjustable, offering greater
flexibility and capacity to form a wide range of
cross-sections. The mill is engineered to be maintenance
friendly and easily configured to meet your requirements.
Other Features:

Width Adjustments
– The mill quickly adjusts from size to
size by using manual or electric
controls. This traversing system rides
on highly accurate linear bearing rails.

Support Guide Rail System
– The
bottom guide rail is self-centering, as
it adjusts with the mill. The top
guide rail supports are configured to
“flip up” and out of the way, when
narrower shelves and doors are produced,
or when servicing the tooling.

Cartridge Bearing Block Design
– Maintenance is simplified by the use
of this cartridge design, providing
accurate and simplified spindle
alignment and bearing replacement.

Individual Pinion Boxes
– Each forming station is powered by its
own sealed gearbox, providing equal
power distribution and longer life.

Spur Gears
– Each forming station utilizes spur
gears that transmit power from the
gearbox to the upper and lower tooling
spindles. Spur gears can be customized
to provide the necessary top-to-bottom
ratio from station to station

Adaptable
– This door & shelf roll forming mill
is capable of running a wide variety of
other cross-sections or panels and may
be fully integrated with your existing
equipment and modified to meet your
