Central Lube System
Roll Forming Central Lube Systems are an excellent
investment when it comes to maintaining your
Roll
Forming Mills (or other machine component) and
protecting your investment. These systems can automatically
lubricate all of the lube points on the machine while it is
running production.
Central lube system for weld rolls

The unit is completely separate from the
main system because weld rolls need more
lubrication, more often than the rest of
the mill.

A one pound reservoir is included which
can last up to 150 eight-hour shifts.

Each injector is equipped with a
failsafe indicator that notifies you if
a bearing does not take grease.

Each unit is equipped with a timer,
which is adjustable for the number of
cycles per hour and is wired into the
run circuit of the mill. If the mill
isn’t running, the mill doesn’t get
greased.

Unit incorporates
a four pound reservoir that can last up
to 85 eight-hour shifts.

Each injector panel has quick-connect
fittings.

Simply cut the desired length of plastic
feed line and push in the fitting.

There are no expensive hoses or lines to
replace.

Plastic line is very durable, high
pressure rated and very inexpensive to
replace.

The average time to replace a broken or
damaged line is 20 seconds.
